Medium-Heavy Duty Sheving Classification

Within the Medium – Heavy segment, there are two types of shelves commonly mentioned, sometimes used interchangeably:

• Medium Duty Shelving

Typical load: Approximately 300 kg to 800 kg per floor.

Applications: Storage of heavy cartons, auto/motorcycle parts, electronics, archives, small production supplies.

Advantages: Easy to adjust the distance between shelves, quick installation.

• Long Span Shelf (Long Load Shelf)

Features: Similar to medium-duty shelves but with a larger beam length from 1.5m to 2.5m.

Normal load: Usually from 500 kg to 2000 kg per floor. Due to the need for warehouses to store bulky items, taking up more space.

Medium- Heavy Duty Shedding

Suitable for long or bulky goods such as plastic pipes, metal bars, fabric rolls, light molds.

Suitable for storing small quantities of goods with many types and frequent import and export frequencies.

The product comes with a variety of accessories, making it easy to store and retrieve goods of different sizes.

Suitable for storing small items and can be combined with parts boxes and flip-top boxes.
