Basic Structure of Selective Racking System

Shelf Frame
The rack frame is the main vertical load-bearing part. It is made up of two vertical columns and horizontal/diagonal braces. The rack frame ensures the stability and safety of the entire system. It is firmly fixed to the warehouse floor with anchor bolts.

Beam
Beams are the direct load-bearing part of the pallet. They are attached to the racking frame with safety pins. The length of the beam determines the number of pallets stored. The thickness of the beam determines the maximum load.

Horizontal and diagonal bracing
Distributes force evenly between load-bearing columns, ensuring the stability of the shelf system.

Pallet Support Bar
Support bars are installed between two beams. They help to increase the load-bearing capacity of the pallet. It ensures safety if the pallet is not placed correctly. This is an indispensable important accessory.
