The problem posed by the customer

Nhat Minh Company needs to expand a new warehouse with the following requirements:

• Store over 5,000 pallets of goods.

• Must have shelf large load capacity (1,500kg/floor), ensuring absolute safety.

• Warehouse space needs to be maximum optimization, taking advantage of the 9m height.

• Urgent construction progress, completed within 20 days to put the warehouse into operation.

LiCang's solution

After the actual survey, LiCang advised and implemented:

• Selective Pallet Racking System – suitable for diverse storage needs, easy to import and export by forklift.

• Design 4 floors of storage, load 1,500kg/floor, durable, rust-resistant powder-coated steel frame.

• Arrange wide aisles 3.2m, optimized for forklift operation fast and safe.

• Deploy professional construction team, working 3 shifts/day to ensure progress.

Actual construction process

1. Surveying & Measurement: Determine the location of shelves, aisles, and appropriate height.

2. 3D simulation design: Helps customers accurately visualize warehouse space after installation.

3. Production & material inspection: Processing shelf frame, electrostatic painting, load testing before sending to construction site.

4. Construction and installation: LiCang technical team proceeds to erect the frame, install beams and floors, and inspect safety.

5. Handover & Acceptance: The entire project was completed after 18 days, 2 days earlier than planned.
